The other cool thing is that you can choose how long of a class you want with BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT. We have chosen some of our favorite classes for you to hop on and try! With this hybrid, you’ll never repeat a workout! This is because each of the workouts will be labeled numerically. You’ll notice BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and CXWORX have numbers beside them. Most of the prep workouts are 30 minutes or less. These will help you get the most out of the workouts to come, and you’re still going to get a good sweat that first week too!
